Data Deletion
You can request deletion of any data Saya has collected about you in two ways:
Option 1 — Disconnect from Facebook
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations.
- Find Saya in the list and click Remove.
- Facebook will notify Saya and we will erase your associated data within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation code from Facebook. You can paste it into the URL above (
/legal/data-deletion?code=YOUR_CODE) to check the status of your request.
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send an email to support@saya.mn from the email address associated with your account, with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include:
- Your full name and the organization name on your Saya account.
- The Facebook Page id(s) or Messenger thread you want erased.
- Optional reason — to help us improve.
We respond within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted
- Facebook user id and display name attached to comments & messages.
- Comment and message text bodies.
- Channel-id entries in
customer_identities. - Conversation thread external ids.
- Encrypted Page Access Tokens (when the page is disconnected).
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (e.g. comment volume per hour) are retained because they cannot be used to re-identify you.
